When projects are advertised for bid by the Engineering Division, they will be advertised here as well as in the
Daily Journal of Commerce. Application forms and bid results can also be downloaded here. Bid openings dates and times
are listed in the bid advertisement documents listed below. The bid plan holders list will be updated regularly until
the bids are due. The projects are arranged from most to least recent.

Willow Ave. Storm Drain Improvements
Sealed bids for the construction of Willow Ave. Storm Drain Improvements will be received by the City of Woodburn, OR, at the City Hall Annex,
190 Garfield St., until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2010 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.
Proposals shall be addressed to the City Engineer, City of Woodburn, 190 Garfield St., Woodburn, OR 97071. Bids shall be submitted in a plain sealed envelope
bearing the Bidder's name, the name of the project, the date and time of the Bid opening, and shall be clearly marked "Bid No. 2010-06,"
and Bidders shall indicate on the Form of Proposal that "Bidder will comply with the provisions of Chapter 279C.840, Oregon Revised Statues."

Water Supply Disinfection Project
Procurement of On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation Equipment
Sealed proposals for furnishing equipment and related services described below for the Water Supply Disinfection Project will be received by City of Woodburn
Public Works Department, 190 Garfield Street, Woodburn, Oregon 97071 until 4:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Interested Vendors must submit
proposals.
Equipment and Services to be furnished consists of the following:
- Two complete on-site sodium hypochlorite generators that shall produce 150 pounds per day (ppd) of free available chlorine (FAC) and one complete on-site
sodium hypochlorite generator that shall produce 200 ppd of FAC, with all specified appurtenances;
- Services for assistance with installation, start-up, and training of furnished equipment.

Analysis, Planning, Design, and Implementation of Water Supply Disinfection
The City of Woodburn is seeking Proposals for the analysis, planning, design, and implementation of disinfection for the City of Woodburn, OR, Drinking Water
System. Preliminary assessment of alternatives indicates that chloramination has many desired attributes as a disinfection process sought by the City.
Proposals submitted identifying alternatives to the chloramination process will be evaluated based upon the technical merit of the proposal. Interested Firms may
submit proposals in accordance with the provisions in this Request for Proposals (RFPs). The RFP contains information relating to the services required and
describes the criteria that will be used by the City in the selection of a firm to provide the described services. The selection will be made through a process of

Aquatic Center Roof & Building Shell Repairs Request for Proposals
The City of Woodburn is requesting proposals from qualified firms for furnishing Construction Manager/General Contractor
(CM/GC) services to develop and complete building shell and roof repairs to the Aquatic Center. This project will be funded
by the City of Woodburn general funds and administered by the Public Works Department.
The Aquatic Center Roof and Building Shell Repair contract was awarded to Triplett Wellman on May 10, 2010.
