Picnic Shelters are available for rent in many of our parks.
- Legion Park Shelter - $30/hour
- Burlingham Park Shelter - $20/hour
- Settlemier Park Shelter - $25/hour (North or South)
- Centennial Park Shelter - $25/hour
- Downtown Plaza Gazebo - $25/hour
- Rent any entire park - $400 per day
- Rent Downtown Plaza - $400 per day
Rates vary for Commercial Activities and Special Events. To request a shelter, please complete and return a Rental Application Form. Please call (503) 982-5388 with questions. If you plan to have amplified sound (powered sound that is electrical or battery operated) at your activity, you must also submit an Amplified Authorization Sound request.
Sports fields are available for rental at many of our parks. The following fee schedule applies:
- Baseball/ Soccer Fields - $25 per hour
- Field Lighting - $15 per hour
- Field prep for soccer, softball, baseball - $40 per game

The following Special Event Policies apply to events with an anticipated attendance of 1,000 or greater and event requiring exclusive use of an entire park. To request your special event, please complete and return the Special Event Permit Application. If you have questions about fees or the application process, please call (503) 982-5388.
