City Council Meetings

Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of every month at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The meetings are broadcast live on WCAT Channel 5 and rebroadcast the following Monday at 7 p.m.

The public is given the opportunity to speak to the Council about any topic just prior to the Consent Agenda, near the beginning of the meeting. The public is invited to speak to the Council for Public Hearings as well, provided the individual has information or an opinion directly related to the matter at hand. Members of the public who wish to speak about specific Council Bills on the agenda may also do so, but are asked to complete a Speaker’s Card and give it to the City Recorder prior to the meeting.

This facility is ADA accessible. If you need special accommodation, please contact the City Recorder at 503-980-6318 at least 24 hours prior to this meeting.
